Emergency Service Agreement

Emergency services must be paid for at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards; however, we no longer accept Discover Card.

 

Your EVA veterinarian will gladly give you an estimate over the phone if requested.

 

There is always a veterinarian on call at EVA Inc. Be sure to have the address where the horse is located, name of the owner, description of the problem, regular veterinarian’s name and phone number, and a contact phone number. Make sure the phone contact number is accurate and working and have it repeated back to you by the operator.
